I went to a poetry slam recently, and the poet who took the stage recited an excellent poem about the kid that still lies deep within some "men." To me, the poem can go both ways and can be meant for either sex. But for those of you who don't know what I mean when I talk about the "kid" in them that still scratches the surface every once in awhile, I'll explain.
