nun da ich zu Ihnen abgekühlt bin
wenn ich sterbe, denken Sie nur dieses an mich
gelebt durch den River-side
für war mich ein gaunt, ernstes Ratsmitglied
ein Schimmer des Goldes in gloom und Grau
ich sah mit geöffneten Augen
ich war eine Göttin, ere der Marmor mich fand
plötzlich aus den dunklen und belaubten Weisen heraus
meine zutreffende Liebe von ihrem Kissen stieg
