ĂĽber ihnen alle, unten schauend
als ich war, lief London ein
in Ihren Armen war ruhige Freude
wölbte die Flut
dort durch das Fenster im alten Haus
unter dem Erntemond
wenn Freiheit von ihrer Gebirgshöhe
glooms der Lebeneichen
stieg und Bernstein war der Sonnenuntergang auf dem FluĂź
steigender Mond hat die Sterne versteckt
die Lattentagesdrowses auf dem westlichen durchtränken
bis zu ihrem Raumfenster
